Charlotte Sardella & Théo Lacroix - Taking photos is for us a need, a way to exist, and to move forward. It is before all, an irresistible wish to travel and to discover new scenery. Becoming more aware of the Nature’s beauty using light and material to create a surreal atmosphere, something wonderful and mysterious: dreamlike. We take pictures that we like.  We are led by our feelings without automatically thinking about a statement or a concept already thought through. From taking photos to printing in the darkroom, our photographic work is a way to escape; emotionally strong, offering us each time powerful experiences and a constant desire to improve. All our images are the result of a common work.  We compose and print together, each of us bringing a personal touch to the image. Working with Jean-Luc Chapin during our training was a revelation.  He taught us not only technique but he also opened our minds to a previously unknown world…an aesthetic vision of landscape which cannot leave you insensible.
