Workshops And Lectures
We at UKlandscape are passionate about landscape photography, and especially landscape photography in the UK! We live in one of most beautiful and most environmentally diverse countries in the world. Yet where we live, paradoxically, photography is seen as the poor relation to painting.
Our solution is to offer very low rates on workshops designed to give easy access to individuals, businesses also camera clubs and art centres to. Tuition is given by our two landscape experts, Brian Sharland and Sophie Martin-Castex, both exhibiting photographers with Sophie providing a module on micro-landscape; a genre developed by the late Fay Godwin.
Open to any skills level of photographer the courses teaches how to take a better landscape photograph with an aim to getting each student to achieve at least one folio quality image each day of the course. As an added bonus any photographer producing more than 5 folio quality images is given 50% discount on joining UKlandscape.
The course lasts two days, provides two tutors and student notes yet costs only £200 plus accomodation and travel. One day courses are available as well. Please note classes are limited to 20 students.
